I love meeting up with my TBOs.
I love complaining about work and stupid customers to my TBOs. (because only they truely understand how sucky it is)
I love eating with my TBOs.
I love everything we do together!
But now, its time to slp.
YAWNZZZZZZ.
It kinda sucks from the time you graduated and stepped into the real working world.
Nothing beats being a student, or just a child.
Being a working adult, I've seen
alot of colorful characters.
Even so, after I started my current job.
From my boss, to my colleagues, to my customers.
Especially my customers. Singaporeans.
It make me realise how ugly Singaporeans really are.
I've met customers from other countries when I was working at the airport.
I've seen and met nasty customers who said nasty stuff directly in front of everyone.
But
NOTHING supersede Nasty Singaporeans.
No mannersNo courtesyNo patienceNo brainsNo common senseNo empathy / sympathyI was brought up to think that if you are nice to people, they will be nice to you.
But after all, reality is always the opposite.
No matter how much you smile at someone, how nice you are to someone, if you don't give them what they want, the only thing Singaporeans will do is to write in a
complain letter,
scream at you,
demand to see higher authority, or
never to patronise again.
So? You complain/threaten you win la?
In terms of customers service and in the eyes of the company,
YES YOU WIN. Because a company will not go through the hassle to argue with you over small little things. So we will absorb all the unjust.
As a human, I am sorry to say that you do not gain a
tweeny weeny bit of respect. You don't even have a little bit of self-respect and you want people to treat you as god?
The word is :
Keep dreaming=========================================
Another point to add on to my new year resolution:
I shall be forgiving and tolerate all these nonsense.
Because I am of a different level as them.
Because I believe in karma.
-And so should you, Ugly Singaporeans!
