Mine definitely does. On a friday too.
It was supposed to be a very nice Friday, with me going to work feeling all cheery and fresh because weekends are coming, and I can finally relax.
But things doesn turn out the way I thought it would be after the meeting we had with my boss. I was assigned to help out with other events, thus increasing my work load. Not that I am not willing to help. Just feel that suddenly everything is rushing towards me.
Then, I had to work to get the event going on correctly for tomorrow morning. I had to contact all the performers and had to draw up the program list (it keeps changing n changing due to client's last min change of mind. Damn), get the sash printed etc etc. What's best is when the real person in charge decides to ditch me alone to handle everything because she was feeling real touchy.
Luckily I had Zad to help ne out. Else I'll be damn lost. Thanks to ya eh?
Yea. So I was busy the whole day, putting everything into places, entertaining my promoters and last minutes roadshows. And I had to make a trip down to Novena Square to get the sash printed. Went back office at around 8pm to clear things up. Was feeling so tocuhed cos Zad helped me with the checklist thingy, and that sort of wrap things up. Wells, That was, until we heard that the golden tray had not been bought yet. (and we need it next morning)
So, Crispee, Zad and me went down to Mustafa to get golden trays and gold/silver pens. I was quite worried actually, that we couldn't find the tray. So I was laughing damn loudly when I saw the whole pile of tray, all shiny in gold. :D
And while we were making our way out of Mustafa, I received a text from Gabriel. He was asking me for pay for a friend who helped me with flyer distribution the previous week. I was taken aback when his tone wasn't friendly. :(
I know I owe some of you guys pay, and I am very sorry, from the bottom of my heart. Money will be coming in soon. This is not something I can control. What I can do, is only to keep pestering people to get money from the clients so we can pay you. It is the clients who refuses to pay on time. And IF i am the client, i will definitely pay on time, cos I won't like people to be cursing and swearing at me, or having someone I thought was a friend to be so harsh to me on the first time he asked for the money.
Will you all try to understand at least this little?
Fuck. I am feeling so shitty now, and I have to wake up 4.30am for my event later. So affected by everything that I cant fall aslp now. =(
I can rant about this day and night, night and day.
